We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the commercial door and hardware industry and procedures.
- Project Coordination – Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Communication – Serve as a liaison between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Document Management – Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and contracts ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Change Order Processing – Track and process change orders, ensuring approvals and clear communication with all parties.
- Scheduling & Budget Tracking – Help develop project schedules and monitor budgets, identifying variances and providing updates as needed.
- Material & Equipment Sourcing – Work with vendors to procure necessary materials and resolve any supply chain challenges.
- Quality & Compliance – Ensure projects meet safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Strong Organizational & Multitasking Skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

- A Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in reading blueprints & specifications (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate).
- Experience with estimating, procurement, or material take-offs (preferred).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
We are seeking a skilled Field Installation Technician to install, repair, and maintain commercial doors and hardware for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial door installation and repair, knowledge of safety procedures, and excellent customer service skills.
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist with the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and products in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
