What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Project Coordination – Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Serve as a liaison between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Document Management – Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and contracts ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Change Order Processing – Track and process change orders, ensuring approvals and clear communication with all parties.
  • Scheduling & Budget Tracking – Help develop project schedules and monitor budgets, identifying variances and providing updates as needed.
  • Material & Equipment Sourcing – Work with vendors to procure necessary materials and resolve any supply chain challenges.
  • Quality & Compliance – Ensure projects meet safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Experience in reading blueprints & specifications (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate).
  • Experience with estimating, procurement, or material take-offs (preferred).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience) + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday – Friday (full-time, in office)

Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to work on-site in LaVergne, TN. (Relocation assistance may be considered).
  • Ability to visit job sites as needed (mostly office-based role).

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled Field Installation Technician to install, repair, and maintain commercial doors and hardware for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial door installation and repair, knowledge of safety procedures, and excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist with the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and products in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
